What is YOU.FO?
YOU.FO is an award winning, non-contact, innovative throwing and catching game played using specially designed sticks and an aerodynamic ring that combines elements of various sports into an exciting skill-based activity.
Developed in collaboration with P.E. teachers and students
Designed to be inclusive and adaptable so suitable for all ages and abilities
Ideal for schools, sports clubs and community groups
Can be played 1 v 1 or in teams, freestyle or competitively
Official competition format is played 3 v 3 or 5 v 5
Provides lots of mini games and skill based challenges
YOU.FO not just a physical activity or a sport, it is fun to play and playing can provides a full body strengthening workout and increased mental acuity.
YOU.FO can work anywhere and to help support and introduce the game, there are a series of Teaching Plans and Skill Based Challenges.
YOU.FO FUN SET
Easy to use due to the shorter sticks length and the fun ring has a reduced flying/throwing distance of up to 15m. Durable, lightweight sticks and heads are manufactured using tough ABS plastic (length: 85cm). The aerodynamic fun ring features a soft durable rubber coating (dia. 35cm).

YOU.FO PRO SET
A more exciting and challenging option, the curved design of the stick enables the pro ring to reach a greater flying/throwing distance of up to 30m. Sticks are manufactured using 100% recyclable aluminium (length: 97cm), with a rubber grip and ABS plastic head. The aerodynamic pro ring features a soft durable rubber coating (dia. 35cm).
